Food Systems Summit 2021 Dialogue in San Antonio

San Antonio, as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, is convening a local Food Systems Dialogue on May 22, 2021. While this dialogue is part of a global effort and approach by the UNITED NATIONS, the required actions and discussions will be locally-focused.

This dialogue, organized by the City of San Antonio, Gardopia and the Food Policy Council, will connect a diverse group of participants in various aspects of the local food system. We are looking for participants in a wide variety of sectors to participate from all aspects of food production, processing, manufacturing, distribution, retailers, health and food policy professionals, education, environmental, utilities, restaurants, tourism, and related sector, nonprofit or governmental entities that are part of, or have an interest in, our food system.
