You are invited to join the Evolve Human Optimization Labs team for an anniversary celebration like none other! Start your day out with our free yoga session. Then enjoy breath-work with Emma Estrala, International Level 3 Wim Hof Method Instructor followed by San Antonio’s largest cold plunge event! 100 brave souls will come together to plunge in 4k pounds of ice on May 7th.
Live music starting at 9:00 AM DJ Joaquin Muerte.
Stick around for the after party to enjoy free food and mingle with our amazing local partners.
