The foundation of soups, sauces, stews, and braises are just a few aromatic ingredients combined. Two types of foundations are soffritto and mirepoix. In this class, participants will learn the difference between the two and how to create flavor profiles that will make mouths water! The class will conclude with time to enjoy the tasty creations. Ages 16 and up.
Instructors: Garden Culinary Team
Fee: $40 ($36 member). Registration deadline is Monday, June 5 at 6:30 p.m.
