The COVID- 19 pandemic has exposed the stark racial and economic disparities that educators work so hard to overcome in the classroom even more profoundly.
Join us for a community plática and conversation on Facebook Live Wednesday, September 16th at 6:30 PM with the San Antonio Alliance of Teachers and Support Personnel and SAISD students, parents and teachers to discuss the reopening of schools during the pandemic, organizing to increase student, teacher and parent voice in decision making, and the possibilities that are presented for real systemic and lasting change in education
