Learn all about the secrets of culinary botanicals! Craft vanilla extract from scratch and infuse it with lavender. Class also includes a baking demonstration using vanilla lavender with samples to enjoy. Ages 16 and up.

Instructors: Garden Culinary Team

Fee: $40 ($36 member). Registration deadline is Thursday, June 1 at 10 a.m.
